Department: VOIP NOC (Network Operations Center)
Salary: Rs. 35,000 per month
Shift: Rotational (Day/Evening /Night) – 5 Days a Week
Location: Building 4-C, King Tower Lahore, Bankers Society Chungi Amar Sidhu, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain VOIP systems and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP-related issues, including call quality and connectivity problems.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams.
• Work with network protocols such as SIP, RTP, and TCP/IP.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and system performance reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for system upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, etc.).
• Knowledge of VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).
• Availability for a 5-day workweek.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
