Job Title: Remote Salesforce Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team as a remote consultant. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring strong integration skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting and the ability to work 35 hours per/week in alignment with the Kuwait Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and configure components using Lightning (Aura/LWC), Flows, and other declarative tools.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Perform unit testing and support QA and UAT processes.
• Follow Salesforce best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evolving features in relevant clouds.

Required Skills:

• 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including work with Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Proficiency in data migration tools like Data Loader or dataloader.io.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, or cloud-specific certifications).
• Experience working in Agile or sprint-based environments.
• Prior experience with higher education, marketing, or community engagement platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in remote work settings.
