Position: D365 Functional Consultant (ERP/CRM)

The D365 Functional Consultant (ERP/CRM) at Systems Ltd is responsible for driving the successful implementation and delivery of ERP/CRM solutions. This role involves leading projects from inception to completion, managing client engagements, and ensuring optimal business process design. The ideal candidate should have strong functional consulting skills, expertise in ERP/CRM solutions, and proven project leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP/CRM solutions, ensuring successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while aligning with client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Design and configure ERP/CRM solutions based on industry best practices and client needs.
• Provide expert recommendations to optimize business processes and system functionality.
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for key stakeholders.
• Prepare functional design documents, user manuals, and project reports to ensure transparency.
• Track project progress and report key milestones to leadership.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in ERP/CRM functional consulting and project leadership.
• Expertise in ERP/CRM solutions, including business process mapping and system configuration.
• Strong understanding of solution design, functional specifications, and best practices.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
