We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and functionality of our malls, commercial properties, and retail stores. The ideal candidate will lead a skilled team and manage contractors to ensure all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. A background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is essential.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily maintenance operations across malls, properties, and retail stores.
Lead and coordinate a team of carpenters to carry out repair, installation, and renovation works.
Manage external contractors and vendors, ensuring work is delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
Conduct routine inspections of all facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Ensure all work is compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, contractor work, and inventory of materials/tools.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
Assist in planning for maintenance projects and capital improvements.
