Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Care Supervisor with a strong background in luxury and premium vehicles. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and capable of supervising all car care operations including detailing, polishing, and vehicle appearance enhancement, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the car care/detailing team to ensure efficient workflow and premium quality output.
• Oversee all detailing processes including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, ceramic coating, and paint protection for luxury vehicles.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the brand’s high standards.
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for scheduling and timely delivery of vehicles.
• Train and guide the car care team in using appropriate tools, techniques, and products specific to premium vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking customers and team members.
• Monitor inventory levels of car care products and tools; ensure proper stock management.
• Handle customer concerns related to vehicle appearance professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and cleanliness of the car care area.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive car care/detailing, specifically working with premium vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Range Rover, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of premium finish expectations.
• Knowledge of high-end detailing products, techniques, and paint protection systems.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in automotive services is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a premium/luxury automotive service center is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
