Job Description
CA / ACMA with 6 years of post-qualification experience or ACCA with 9 years of experience. Knowledge of Regulatory Frame work will be considering as an added advantage.

  • Supervising and oversee the compliance of SSGC’s license conditions, performance and service standards, OGRA Ordinance and other applicable laws.
  • Supervising and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervising in MIS data preparation of reports for senior management on consumer complaints.
  • Coordinate and response to Audit Para (s) for OGRA policies, Procedures, Rules, Laws etc.

and supervise regulatory and statutory obligations.

  • Ensure implementation of measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
  • Achieve high professional and technical standards ensuring an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Rules, Regulations and Ordinance and other applicable laws.
  • Ensure to Monitor risks and response strategies under their management.
  • Undertake any other assignment as instructed by senior management.
