Qualifications:

We are seeking for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in a clinic in Dubai.

Registered Nurses (RNs) are healthcare professionals who provide patient care, educate patients and their families, and support healthcare teams in medical settings. They assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, and monitor patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Assess patients' health conditions by collecting detailed medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients' progress, changes in condition, and reactions to treatments.
• Patient Education:
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medication management, and lifestyle changes.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during difficult health situations.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment options, procedures, and outcomes.
• Medical Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, treatment, and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and hospital policies for documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). With DHA License.
