Job Title : Senior UX Reacher

Location: Lahore or Kharian.

Job Overview:

A UX Reacher is responsible for creating seamless, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences for websites, apps, and digital products. This role focuses on understanding user behaviour, research, and interaction design to enhance usability and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize the user journey
• Develop information architecture and interaction design for intuitive navigation
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to implement design solutions
• Analyse data and feedback to improve product usability and functionality
• Develop interactive prototypes to test user interactions before development
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and team members to measure satisfaction levels
• Measure how well the UI designer incorporates feedback into design iterations. Conduct usability testing toidentify and fix friction points in user interactions
• Conduct design reviews to maintain high standards of design quality and usability
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
• Ability to create seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems for consistency
• Working closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers
• Presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders
• Designing with a focus on user needs, behaviours, and feedback
• Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
• 3-5 years in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate withteam members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to feedback from various stakeholders
• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus
