Job Description
Tasks involved:
  • gather and review multiple data from the branch portal
  • review key items from the the data to create trends and populate dashboards
  • provide feedback to stakeholders and produce updates which contribute to board packs and committees
  • identify gaps in the data and pro actively chase for more information
  • review accident information forms which would require contacting branch and IP for more information
  • Extract information and generate monthly performance report at Group Level, and split by GEC members
  • Liaise with retail branches to monitor and update incidents per 1,000,000 counter transaction
  • Produce Monthly governance packs for Branch, Office and Data Centres
  • Assess completion of Facilities Management planned and reactive tasks, and report on the current position, and areas of risk
Provide accident and incident management support and investigation
