Looking for Supply Chain Executive

Requirements:

• B.E/BS in mechanical/Material/Management reputable University
• Good written and verbal skills
• Strong academic grades
• Oversee the in/out movements of all materials, ensuring timely receiving and dispatching of solar equipment and components.
• Maintain optimal stock levels by regularly monitoring inventory, conducting stock counts, and ensuring stock accuracy in line with inventory management software.
• Implement efficient warehousing systems and procedures to handle the physical flow of goods, preventing delays in the supply chain.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of solar products to project sites or clients, managing any issues in transit.
• Plan and manage delivery schedules, ensuring efficient loading, route planning, and adherence to timelines.
• Track shipments and update relevant departments on the delivery status of materials.
• Prepare and circulate RFQs for various solar equipment, warehouse supplies, and logistics services, evaluating responses based on cost, quality, and supplier reliability.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming solar materials to ensure they meet industry and company standards.
• Address any non-conformities or defects in materials, coordinating returns or replacements as necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements within the warehouse system to streamline the physical in-and-out flow and reduce handling time.

Salary Range:

60k – 80k
