We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MTO- Supply Chain to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process. As MTO - Supply Chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of products from sourcing to delivery.

Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or BSc in Mathematics and Physics.

Experience: Fresh or Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the supply chain operations to ensure a seamless and efficient process from procurement to delivery.
• Oversee import-related duties, including compliance with import regulations, documentation, and coordination with customs authorities to facilitate the smooth importation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing, striving for cost-effectiveness and maintaining strong and productive supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, aligning with demand while minimizing holding costs.
• Act as a central point of coordination between production, logistics, and warehouse teams, ensuring timely and accurate product shipments and deliveries.
• Fostering strong supplier relationships ensuring a seamless flow of goods and services.

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and nurture supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in inventory management principles and techniques.
• Competence in using supply chain software and tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance.
• Sound knowledge of Import and logistics.
