Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing and verifying banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support account opening, maintenance, and customer service functions.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and record-keeping tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Identify and escalate any discrepancies or operational risks.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
