Job Description:

K4 Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Steel Fixer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in steel fixing, with a strong ability to work on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine steel reinforcement requirements.
• Cut, bend, and shape steel bars and mesh according to project specifications.
• Install and secure steel reinforcement in concrete forms, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
• Use tools such as rebar benders, cutters, and tying tools to complete tasks.
• Ensure that all steel work is completed in compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project completion.
• Inspect and test steel reinforcement for quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and manage waste materials.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Build and assemble wooden or metal formwork for pouring concrete, including walls, columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.
• Construct and set up scaffolding to support formwork.
• Ensure formwork is properly aligned, secure, and level to maintain structural integrity

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Steel Fixer in the UAE.
• Proficiency in steel fixing techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of steel reinforcement methods and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and operate tools.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in steel fixing are preferred.
