Job Title: Multi-Technician (Maintenance Specialist - AC &amp; General Electrical) Location: Dubai, UAE Company: K4 Technical Services Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of AC systems and general electrical systems.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of issues related to both AC units and electrical infrastructure.</li><li>Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of equipment and systems.</li><li>Install, maintain, and repair building systems such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and security systems.</li><li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick, efficient solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and service activities.</li><li>Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Multi-Technician or similar role with a strong background in AC systems and electrical maintenance.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the UAE in a similar role is a must.</li><li>Proficiency in handling both AC and electrical systems.</li><li>Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.</li><li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>UAE driving license (preferred).</li><li>Certifications in AC or electrical maintenance (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
