Job Title: Marble MasonProject Type: Villa Construction / Villa Fit-Out Department: Finishing WorksJob Description:The Marble Mason is responsible for the installation, finishing, and maintenance of marble, granite, and stone works in villa projects. The role requires high attention to detail to achieve luxury finishes as per approved drawings, mock-ups, and client standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Study and follow approved shop drawings, layout plans, and material specifications.</li><li>Measure, cut, shape, and polish marble, granite, and stone materials accurately.</li><li>Install marble for villa floors, walls, staircases, bathrooms, kitchens, vanity tops, window sills, skirting, and decorative features.</li><li>Ensure perfect leveling, alignment, joint spacing, and finishing quality.</li><li>Apply adhesives, cement, epoxy, grout, and sealants correctly.</li><li>Carry out edge finishing, polishing, and surface protection works.</li><li>Repair or replace damaged marble/stone works if required.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and other trades to avoid clashes.</li><li>Protect installed marble surfaces until handover.</li><li>Maintain tools, cutting machines, and polishing equipment properly.</li><li>Follow all site safety rules and wear PPE at all times.</li></ul>Pls share your CV : hiring@k4.aeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Job descriptionRole DescriptionWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior FF&amp;E (Furniture, Fixtures &amp; Equipment) Designer to lead and coordinate FF&amp;E design for high-end interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, residential, and commercial interiors, with a proven ability to develop and deliver innovative design concepts that align with project objectives, client expectations, and industry standards.Qualifications<ul><li>Lead the conceptualization and development of FF&amp;E design packages for various interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Source, select, and specify furniture, finishes, materials, fabrics, and accessories in line with the design intent and project budget.</li><li>Prepare detailed FF&amp;E presentations, mood boards, sample boards, and material palettes.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FF&amp;E items.</li><li>Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including pricing, samples, lead times, and quality standards.</li><li>Produce FF&amp;E schedules, specifications, and control documentation for tender and construction stages.</li><li>Conduct site visits to supervise FF&amp;E installation and ensure quality control.</li><li>Stay current on local and international design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative sourcing solutions.</li><li>Ensure all FF&amp;E elements comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience in FF&amp;E design, specifically within the UAE market.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating FF&amp;E work across hospitality, residential, and commercial fit-out projects.</li><li>Deep knowledge of furniture manufacturers, material suppliers, and procurement procedures in the UAE.</li><li>Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), SketchUp, Revit (preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of local regulations, sustainability guidelines, and fire rating standards (preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked on FF&amp;E design for interior fit-out projects in the UAE?</li><li>How many years of Design experience do you currently have?</li><li>Do you have 5+ years of UAE experience specifically in FF&amp;E design?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
