Job Summary:<ul><li>We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer with 4&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction projects, specifically with villa fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage MEP works efficiently.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing) works on-site</li><li>Handle villa fit-out projects ensuring quality and timely delivery</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors</li><li>Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements</li><li>Conduct inspections and troubleshoot MEP-related issues</li><li>Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction</li><li>Mandatory experience in villa fit-out projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>UAE Driving License (Preferred)Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked on villa fit-out projects in the UAE?
