<ul><li>Role Summary</li><li>We are seeking a highly experienced Senior KNX / Server Engineer &ndash; Project Team Leader to join our IT &amp; Automation team. The ideal candidate will lead residential and mixed-use projects across Dubai, taking full ownership of KNX system design, programming, commissioning, and project execution.</li><li>This role requires strong technical expertise in smart home and building automation systems, along with leadership skills to manage and guide the engineering team effectively.</li><li>Key Responsibilities</li></ul>-Lead end-to-end execution of KNX and smart automation projects -Design, program, and commission KNX systems using ETS software -Manage and supervise project engineers and technical teams -Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders -Prepare system architecture, technical submittals, and documentation -Integrate KNX systems with third-party platforms such as Crestron, Control4, and ThinkNX -Oversee server/network infrastructure for BMS and smart home solutions -Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting -Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards -Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members<ul><li>Key Requirements</li></ul>*-Minimum 5+ years of experience in KNX system design, programming, and commissioning -Certified KNX Partner (mandatory) -Proven experience in a Team Leader / Project Lead role -Strong expertise in ETS software -Hands-on experience with Crestron, Control4, and ThinkNX systems -Solid understanding of server architecture, networking, and BMS integration -Experience working on UAE or GCC projects preferred -Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)<ul><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field</li><li>Experience in high-end residential / villa automation projects</li><li>Knowledge of lighting control, HVAC integration, and AV systems</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and documentation standards</li></ul>Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold a valid KNX Partner certification? </li><li>Have you worked on lighting control, HVAC, and AV integration? Job Summary:<ul><li>We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer with 4&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction projects, specifically with villa fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage MEP works efficiently.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Plumbing) works on-site</li><li>Handle villa fit-out projects ensuring quality and timely delivery</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors</li><li>Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements</li><li>Conduct inspections and troubleshoot MEP-related issues</li><li>Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction</li><li>Mandatory experience in villa fit-out projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>UAE Driving License (Preferred)Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked on villa fit-out projects in the UAE?
