Senior KNX & Server Engineer -Fitout

• Role Summary
• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior KNX / Server Engineer – Project Team Leader to join our IT & Automation team. The ideal candidate will lead residential and mixed-use projects across Dubai, taking full ownership of KNX system design, programming, commissioning, and project execution.
• This role requires strong technical expertise in smart home and building automation systems, along with leadership skills to manage and guide the engineering team effectively.
• Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end execution of KNX and smart automation projects
-Design, program, and commission KNX systems using ETS software
-Manage and supervise project engineers and technical teams
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
-Prepare system architecture, technical submittals, and documentation
-Integrate KNX systems with third-party platforms such as Crestron, Control4, and ThinkNX
-Oversee server/network infrastructure for BMS and smart home solutions
-Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting
-Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
-Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members

• Key Requirements

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in KNX system design, programming, and commissioning
-Certified KNX Partner (mandatory)
-Proven experience in a Team Leader / Project Lead role
-Strong expertise in ETS software
-Hands-on experience with Crestron, Control4, and ThinkNX systems
-Solid understanding of server architecture, networking, and BMS integration
-Experience working on UAE or GCC projects preferred
-Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

• Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field
• Experience in high-end residential / villa automation projects
• Knowledge of lighting control, HVAC integration, and AV systems
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation standards

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
