MEP Engineer -FITOUT

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer with 4–5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction projects, specifically with villa fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage MEP works efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works on-site
• Handle villa fit-out projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot MEP-related issues
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 4–5 years of UAE experience in fit-out or construction
• Mandatory experience in villa fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

UAE Driving License (Preferred)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per hour
