Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Executive to join our dynamic creative team at Huda Beauty. Reporting to the Creative Producer, this role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end production process across photo and video shoots, ensuring seamless execution of creative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production logistics, an ability to multitask, and a passion for beauty and storytelling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Creative Producer in planning, coordinating, and executing creative production projects, including photoshoots, video shoots, and digital content creation.
• Manage pre-production tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, securing locations, coordinating talent, and organizing production logistics.
• Maintain production calendars and timelines to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Act as a key point of contact for vendors, freelancers, and production crews, ensuring clear communication and a smooth workflow.
• Provide on-set production support, coordinating schedules, managing call sheets, and ensuring all necessary assets and materials are available.
• Oversee post-production timelines, ensuring assets are delivered to relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Track production expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate budget records.
• Organize and archive production files, footage, and assets for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Social Media, and Product Development to align production needs with brand objectives.

• Knowledge in social content creation.
• Basic lighting setup knowledge.
• Basic video editing skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of production logistics, including talent booking, permits, and budget tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently under pressure.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of beauty industry trends.
• Passion for beauty, content creation, and brand storytelling.
