About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of complex web applications, mobile apps (iOS and Android), and desktop software solutions. You’ll work closely with our developers, product managers, and designers to identify issues before launch and ensure a seamless, high-performance user experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for websites, mobile apps, and desktop applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Lead regression, functional, UI/UX, compatibility, security, and performance testing cycles.
• Set up and maintain QA automation frameworks and tools for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose issues and provide clear, reproducible bug reports.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of usability, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and operating systems.
• Contribute to the creation of QA documentation, test coverage reports, and release notes.
• Participate in sprint planning and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software QA/testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestComplete, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proficient in debugging tools, logs, and testing APIs (e.g., Postman).
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of security testing practices.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
• Background in UI/UX evaluation.
