Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Manage vendor relationships, resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
