 Key Responsibilities:

   Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for civil construction materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and review RFQs, analyze quotations, and conduct commercial evaluations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure timely delivery.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the project team, site engineers, and design consultants to understand material requirements and specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop procurement plans based on project schedules and ensure timely material availability to avoid project delays.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation as per company policies and project audits.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor material delivery, quality checks, and coordinate with QA/QC for compliance with standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track market trends, material pricing, and supply chain risks to advise on procurement strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in budgeting and cost control related to material procurement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards in material sourcing and delivery.
  </li>
