Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain management information systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
* Design, develop, and implement new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users on utilising the management information systems effectively.
* Collaborate with various departments to understand their information needs and tailor systems accordingly.
* Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors promptly and efficiently.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in management information systems and technology.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing and developing management information systems.
* Strong understanding of database management systems and data analysis techniques.
* Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
