Job Title: QS Engineer (Infrastructure Projects)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description:
One of a leading Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi is looking for QS Engineer with having Infrastructure projects experience (roads, highways, bridges, utilities, etc.). to join their team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in similar projects within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor claims and variations.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare payment certificates.
• Monitor project budgets and track costs.
• Assist in contract negotiation and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and cost management practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
