We are seeking a skilled and experienced Geotechnical Driller to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drilling rigs and related equipment to obtain soil, rock, and groundwater samples for geotechnical and environmental investigations. The role involves working on construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate and safe drilling operations in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various drilling rigs (rotary and percussion rigs) to carry out soil and rock sampling.
• Execute standard penetration tests (SPT) and other in-situ testing procedures.
• Collect and log samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
• Supervise or assist in setting up drilling sites, ensuring compliance with EIAC and HSEregulations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on drilling equipment and tools.
• Record drilling parameters, groundwater levels, and site conditions accurately.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with geotechnical engineers, surveyors, and site supervisors.
• Prepare daily drilling reports and handover documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and transportation of samples.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in geotechnical or environmental drilling.
• Familiarity with UAE geotechnical standards and working conditions.
• Experience operating different types of rigs and drilling equipment.
• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills for drilling equipment.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required by some companies).
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Basic English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• May require night shifts or extended hours based on project needs.
• Travel to remote sites across the UAE may be required.
• Strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
