Job Purpose
Lead and execute maintenance instrumentation work for all Instrument and Control (I&C) related maintenance activities.
Review work packagers and other documentation to ensure and improve quality. Support the Quality Assurance (QA)
process and follow the regulatory requirements, operating policies and principles, nuclear standards for nuclear safety,
industrial safety, and environmental protection, to ensure overall business performance objectives are achieved.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Leadership/ Supervisory Support
- Stand-in for the Supervisor or Head (FIN) during the period of absence from the plant (Leave, sickness, training)
- Support the leadership of the team and sub-teams as required during work on the field in the plant.
- Lead other maintenance teams as required to ensure supervision is provided in the absence of another team
- Demonstrate high standards of Human Performance, Maintenance Fundamentals and LEAD behaviors to ensure
- Continuously achieve and retain a significant number of technical competencies as per training qualification matrix
Instrumentation Maintenance
- Lead the teams and perform Instrumentation maintenance job tasks in a timely manner and with quality to achieve
- To ensure the appropriate functioning, the following instrumentation maintenance are maintained and overseen:
- The containment I&C equipment, specifically the reactor protection system, engineered safety future actuation
instruments for all containment related systems.
- The Balance of Plant (BOP) I&C equipment, specifically the turbine building open/close cooling water system,
treatment system, auxiliary steam system, etc..
- Review work packages for operation and outage maintenance activities to ensure and improve the quality of the
- Perform proper and timely preparation and staging of maintenance work activities including the submission of
are properly resourced. Consolidate the list of spare parts and secure critical spare parts to ensure system
operability.
Attend pre- and post-job briefings and oversee maintenance teams performing tasks to ensure alignment with the
maintenance standards and procedures in Nawah.
- Review equipment master list and requests to incorporate in Operation Management System (OMS) to improve
- Implement foreign material exclusion (FME) program in accordance with the program requirements and guidelines
- Implement Corrective Action Program (CAP) and support to analyze, address and correct deficiencies
- Support in the production of high standard self-assessments to provide for useful self-criticality and continuous
- Execute troubleshooting process on I&C systems and equipment to ensure that issues are resolved correctly and
- Take out work clearances to perform maintenance instrumentation work safely.
- Comply with Maintenance Code of Conduct procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety and reliability of the

- Verify that all work carried out is of the highest standards of safety and quality, and in compliance with the
- Participate in continuous learning and application of industry best practices to maintain the highest quality of
- Identify and respond to maintenance quality related issues and plant equipment deficiencies to line management
Staff Training and Qualification
- Ensure management expectations on the Conduct of Maintenance are implemented and communicate with
- Provide coaching to maintenance personnel to improve training effectiveness.
- Provide training feedback on program effectiveness through evaluation of performance to ensure a high quality of
