Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
- Drive market expansion for transport and logistics services and retain existing customer.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics for sales, customer service, and operations.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Customer Service & Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
Operations & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
