Job Overview:

results-driven Head of Sales with a strong background in transport operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, customer service, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
  • Drive market expansion for transport and logistics services and retain existing customer.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics for sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

Customer Service & Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on long-term solutions.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
