Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads through Upwork.
  • Bidding: Crafting and submitting competitive bids to attract potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Engaging with clients through calls and communications to understand their needs.
  • Proposal Development: Creating comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Sales Closure: Successfully closing deals and securing projects.
  • Project Handover: Transitioning closed deals to the project manager for execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
