What You’ll Do
You’re not just a bidder—you’re a closer, a communicator, and a growth-minded strategist. As part of our dynamic growth team, you’ll identify high-value freelance projects, craft compelling proposals, and convert leads into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
- Write tailored, persuasive proposals based on client needs and project scope.
- Manage and prioritize multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their goals and provide timely updates.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with WOWJI’s internal teams (design, dev, SEO, content) to ensure successful project alignment.
- Track key performance metrics including bid success rate, client feedback, and retention.
What You Bring
- Proven track record of winning high-quality projects and converting leads on freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bidder/business developer in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong ability to interpret client pain points and position WOWJI as the ideal solution.
- Familiarity with freelancing platform trends, algorithms, and dynamics.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Confident negotiator with experience handling international clients.
- Basic understanding of digital services like SEO, web development, UI/UX, branding, or content strategy (preferred).
- Bonus: Experience with CRM or project management tools.
