Job Description

The role of an Automotive Aftersales Business Development Manager revolves around growing and optimizing the revenue and performance of a company’s aftersales operations, which typically includes service, spare parts, accessories, warranties, and customer retention programs, after a vehicle is sold.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase aftersales revenue and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the aftersales ecosystem (e.g., service plans, extended warranties, digital tools).
  • Performance Management
  • Monitor KPIs like service retention rates, average invoice value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and internal data to guide decision-making.
  • Dealer/Workshop Network Support
  • Collaborate with dealer/service center networks to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Support implementation of service campaigns, promotions, and technical updates.
  • Customer Retention & Experience
  • Design and implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
  • Ensure excellent service quality and post-sale support.
  • Training & Enablement
  • Coordinate training programs for service advisors, technicians, and parts teams.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and technical updates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams.
  • Provide feedback for vehicle development based on aftersales insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • automotive aftersales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • uae driving license (Required)
