Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure client fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview logistics.
• Meet monthly placement targets and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in an agency recruiting environment.
• Proven track record of successful placements.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
