Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Process Management:
- Oversee HR processes such as employee onboarding, off boarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Generate reports related to employee data, attendance.
- Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations while assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
- Employee Support:
- Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other operational matters.
- Assist in conflict resolution and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
- HR System & Tools:
- Manage and update HR software and tools, ensuring smooth functionality.
- Drive improvements in HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
