Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Management:
  • Oversee HR processes such as employee onboarding, off boarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate reports related to employee data, attendance.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations while assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
  • Employee Support:
  • Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other operational matters.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • HR System & Tools:
  • Manage and update HR software and tools, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Drive improvements in HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
