Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and a strong attention to detail. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and support-related tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Office & Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Support event planning, such as conferences, team-building activities, and company functions

3. HR and Finance Support

  • Assist with screening of new hires and coordination of orientation schedules if needed
  • Maintain attendance records and timesheets if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
