HR Officer – Employee Relations
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Job Summary:
HRSG is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Officer – Employee Relations for one of its esteemed clients located in Port Qasim. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing attendance, supporting payroll, and managing core HR operations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive employee environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records in line with company policies.
  • Payroll: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR-related tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee records.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a healthy work environment and positive employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations, attendance, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
