Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is key in promoting a positive workplace culture and helping employees succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Assist with benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment processes.
  • Support performance review processes and employee development programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Support payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team (if applicable).
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • [1–3]+ years of experience in human resources or a related roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR software.

Office Location:

Barkat Market Lahore

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
