Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles and should have established connections with recruitment agencies across India. You will be responsible for managing large-scale hiring campaigns, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with agencies to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and design effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners in India.
• Organize and conduct bulk recruitment drives, job fairs, and mass hiring events.
• Maintain a structured candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bulk recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
• Established network and relationships with recruitment agencies across India.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
