Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems that drive employee growth, productivity, and accountability.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving workplace challenges and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee and leadership development.
• Organizational Development: Support organizational changes and growth, ensuring effective communication and smooth transitions.
• HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize HR processes, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining ethical and effective HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, ideally in the digital marketing or creative industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions.
• Familiarity with HR technologies and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
