Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations in our cleaning company. This is a role requiring someone who can confidently handle staff matters, administrative tasks, and basic accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing staff recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and records
  • Preparing monthly payroll including overtime, off-day deductions, and advances
  • Handling staff concerns and coordinating with supervisors
  • Managing uniforms, ID cards, and basic office needs
  • Recording daily expenses, maintaining petty cash, preparing simple financial reports
  • Issuing invoices and following up on payments
  • Keeping all employee and company records well-organized
  • Assisting management with reports and smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in HR, admin, and accounts
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle staff matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: Based on experience, capability, and potential. Salary can increase over time based on performance and contribution to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD200.000 per month
