We are looking for someone who can go outside, meet people, and bring work for our company. Sales Executive &ndash; Cleaning ServicesResponsibilities:<ul><li>Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities for cleaning services, targeting both commercial and residential clients.</li><li>Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Identify client needs and propose tailored cleaning solutions to meet those needs.</li><li>Close sales and negotiate contracts, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Track sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance and market trends.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role or in the cleaning/service industry.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-motivated with a hunger for achieving sales targets and earning commission.</li><li>Ability to work independently, actively prospecting new clients and building your own network.</li><li>Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales is a plus.</li><li>Flexible work schedule and willingness to work on a commission basis.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD200.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have previous experience in sales within the cleaning industry?</li><li>What is your salary expectations for this role?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>
