Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in the online gaming or related entertainment industry. If you understand what gamers want, love building relationships, and can sell like a pro—this one’s for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential users/clients via calls, chats, and emails to pitch our gaming platform and convert leads
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable gaming products or offers
- Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Provide top-notch service and resolve any basic queries or concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve customer experience and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in online gaming, fintech, or app-based platforms
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English & Hindi
- Knowing Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a major advantage
- Familiarity with online gaming trends and gamer behavior is preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
