Job Description

Overview:

The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales and business growth through digital channels. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company’s products and services via digital marketing platforms. The Digital Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement online sales strategies, increase lead generation, and close sales, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and leads through digital channels such as email campaigns, social media platforms, search engine marketing (SEM), and online advertising.
  • Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers by engaging them through digital communication channels (phone, email, social media, chat).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of digital sales opportunities and manage them from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for online products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and proactive engagement.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to align online sales efforts with marketing campaigns, content, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize landing pages, email marketing strategies, and social media posts to attract and convert leads.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize digital sales tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to suggest new ways to improve the sales funnel and customer engagement.
  • Communicate with potential clients via online chat, email, and video conferencing to introduce products, provide product information, and answer inquiries.
  • Provide personalized service to prospective clients by offering tailored solutions based on their needs and interests.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they move through the sales pipeline and address any barriers to closing deals.
  • Manage post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and digital offerings in order to effectively sell and demonstrate their benefits to customers.
  • Keep updated with new products, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on digital sales techniques, tools, and platforms to maximize effectiveness.
  • Track and report on sales performance, digital lead generation results, and conversion metrics to management.
  • Use CRM tools to manage client relationships, track communication history, and update lead status.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends and optimize future sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Digital marketing certifications or courses (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital sales, online business development, or e-commerce sales.
  • Experience in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital sales platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their role in sales generation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to demonstrate digital products and services effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for sales and digital technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
