Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead / Sales Manager to take charge of our regional sales operations in the iGaming industry. This is a senior-level position, reporting directly to the leadership team and overseeing a team of Sales Team Leads and Operations Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue, grow partnerships, and ensure the performance and productivity of the sales team across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the performance of Sales Team Leads and Operations Managers.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies and KPIs aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities in the iGaming / online gaming space.
  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients and partners.
  • Set and monitor team targets, provide regular training, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer support.
  • Monitor competition, industry trends, and customer needs to refine sales pitches.
  • Present regular performance and revenue reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards in the iGaming industry.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, with 3+ years in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering measurable growth.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Bonus if proficient in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming operations, market behavior, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
