Cold Calling Expert – Night Shift
Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 + 10% Commission + Performance Bonuses
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM

HRPSP is hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients – Tech One Media – for the position of Cold Calling Expert (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international prospects.
• Promote and sell digital marketing services: Local SEO, GMB Optimization, PPC, and Web Development.
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• 1 to 6 months of experience in sales/cold calling (call center preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services is a strong plus.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM).
