About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven AWS Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud sales, particularly AWS solutions, and a passion for helping businesses adopt cloud technologies. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote AWS solutions and services.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to understand their cloud requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and AWS representatives.
- Provide AWS solution recommendations based on customer needs and business challenges.
- Work closely with technical teams to create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with AWS product offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and customer success) to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in cloud sales, AWS sales, or IT solutions sales.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, pricing models, and cloud computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for customers.
- AWS certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate) are a plus.
