About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a PR & Marketing Manager  to join our Marketing team in  Jumeirah Beach Hotel . As with all colleagues within the Marketing Department, the PR & Comms Manager will play an essential part in actively contributing towards the department’s purpose:

“Define and implement Jumeirah Beach Hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, providing vision, framework, and marketing assistance to all hotel departments, including Sales, Revenue, Spa, F&B, C&I, and Sports & Leisure.”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day external communications at the hotel level, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, and support the development and execution of annual communication plans based on the brand pillars of service, dining, and design.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE media and influencers, ensuring their attendance at hotel events and delivering high-quality media experiences.
  • Coordinate the creation and dissemination of communication materials such as press releases, listings, and stories, while also identifying internal content for sharing with the corporate office.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaigns across channels, while supporting strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance awareness and drive business results.
  • Manage social media strategy and execution, including calendar planning, KPI setting, content development, agency coordination, and performance analysis to build an engaged online community.
  • Oversee media events, coach and develop the Social Media Assistant Manager, ensure consistent brand messaging, and support issue management to protect brand reputation, while tracking and reporting ROI and campaign effectiveness.


About You:

  • Possesses 4 to 5 years of public relations experience, preferably within international hospitality, PR agencies, or renowned blue-chip companies, with strong media contacts across luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and business sectors.
  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of PR practices in the luxury hospitality industry, along with solid communication, branding, and marketing expertise—including both traditional and digital channels.
  • Skilled in social media management and content creation, with a strong understanding of platform dynamics and data-driven campaign planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Brings strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with executive leadership, chefs, F&B teams, and corporate offices. Well-versed in event management, analytics tools, advertising strategies, and hotel operations, with the added advantage of multilingual capabilities beyond English.
