Salary: 50k (Commission up to 100k)

Office hours: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am

Job Summary:

ATU Logistics is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a very basic understanding of logistics services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase ATU Logistics' services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues efficiently.
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
