Job Summary:
A reputed company in Dubai is hiring a Procurement In-Charge to manage the full procurement cycle — from sourcing and vendor negotiations to logistics, customs clearance, and landing cost management. The role requires strong experience in both local and international procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers locally and internationally
• Obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders
• Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents
• Accurately enter procurement data, including landing costs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and trade regulations
• Work closely with warehouse team to confirm receipt and quality of goods

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of procurement experience (international sourcing preferred)
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics
• Strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
