
Required Experience is 10+ Years
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders within the Program.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
Oversee project documentation, SIT & UAT following / reporting, and post-project evaluations.
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that the management is always informed of all risks, issues and their status.
Ensure to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing as per schedule.
Must have knowledge to work with different software development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile.
Incident management – Accountable for incidents, review and make sure that the process is followed by the team and resolutions are in place to avoid similar incidents.
Audit, Security and Regulatory compliance knowledge.
People Management/Interpersonal issues and staff motivation.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking or financial services industry who can manage Implementation & managing of Technological projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial project analysis is an advantage.
Experience in managing and implementation of various systems in the banking Domain.
This Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and constraints.
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of banking processes, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with banking project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management and MS Office suite such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
