Project Manager - Technology (Onsite Karachi)

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the business segment with an end-to-end management of projects. This includes planning, monitoring, and controlling projects from their initiation till closing stage;</li><li>Be the liaison for all cross-functional and business segments; to document and maintain minutes of every meeting, collate approvals and digitally file them for record purpose and create a tracking mechanism for the department;</li><li>Be proficient with the respective business segment's industry, competitors, domestic and international landscape along with local regulations and governance;</li><li>Facilitate with business strategy and contribute through market / industry research;</li><li>Identify and outline every project's scope along with any associated risks with mitigants in place;</li><li>Maintain the department's business governance and housekeeping particulars, including but not limited to, product papers, policies, dispensation requests, external partner agreements, inter-department SLAs &amp; SOPs, etc.;</li><li>Provide visibility through trackers and updates to the Head of Department on ongoing projects and timely escalate blockers and/or dependencies;</li><li>Effectively communicate and coordinate with local and group stakeholders for in-person and virtual engagements related to the department</li><li>Actively participate in the bank's quarterly and annual planning and budgeting exercises</li></ul>Required Experience and SKills:Minimum Bachelor Degree in the relevant domain2-4 Years of Experience ideally in banking domain.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).Work Location: In person
