Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to lead and coordinate tech and digital projects at Funprime Technology. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with excellent communication and time management skills who can keep projects running smoothly from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple digital and tech projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and QA to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project performance using tools like Trello, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or roadblocks proactively.
• Communicate project updates clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and project records.
• Ensure high-quality outputs that align with Funprime’s standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in managing or coordinating tech/digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (a plus but not mandatory).
