Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise staff in the site and camp.
  • Coordinate with supervisor, welfare officer and camp boss for necessary activities.
  • Communicate with site employees to carry out all assigned work.
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating with daily operations.
  • Ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards.
  • Maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
  • Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening.
  • Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Good knowledge of English and Hindi languages
  • UAE driving license is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
