Job Description:

As a System Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong skills in communicating technical information clearly and empathetically to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ability to work well with other IT professionals to plan and implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Prioritizing tasks effectively to handle multiple issues and projects simultaneously.
• Staying updated with the latest technological advancements and continuously improving technical skills.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity principles to ensure the safety and integrity of systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• CCNA, RHCA or ITIL is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in network administration, UNIX/Linux environments, database technologies, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
